Instrumentalists

Guitarists: Play bass, acoustic, or electric? We would love to have more involved too add
another “flavor” to our worship experiences. Rehearsals are Thursday nights from 7 – 9.

Instrumentalists: Play a brass, string or woodwind instrument? You are being sought! Our instrumental ministry is important to us at CCC and we would love to have your assistance! Whether your involvement be weekly or annually, talk to me soon!

 

Praise Band

If you have an interest in dusting off an old instrument and playing with the band, contact Nancy Reed or Doug Wiggers. The Praise Band regularly consists of brass, piano, organ or synthesizer, bass guitar, drums, and brass instruments (trumpet(s), trombone(s), saxaphone(s), french horn - we also have a tuba - can you play it?). On occasion, woodwinds join (oboe, clarinet, flute)

Orchestra

We love to have the opportunity to add strings - violin, viola, cello, harp, string bass, and do so approximately quarterly. If you play a stringed instrument, let Pastor Doug know of your interest!

Handbells

We have a great handbell choir who are surprising themselves every week with the difficulty of music they are bringing as a form of worship. This ministry isn't for the faint of heart - you have to have a good sense of timing and fast reflexes! The handbell choir helps lead worship about once a month and usually practices on Saturday.
