Hope Family Care Center, Inc. Mission:

To improve the overall health conditions and assist people in growth and development throughout their life.

Accomplished by:

Providing professional Christ-centered health care for uninsured and medically underserved within our wider community.

The Core Values:

Commitment to the highest quality in professional health care services that meet the unique spiritual, emotional, socio-economic, and physical needs of each patient

Commitment to offering a nurturing Christ-centered environment that promotes dignity and enhances personal respect, responsibility and accountability for all patients and volunteers

Commitment to primary prevention care and health maintenance through individual and community-based health education

Commitment to developing and maintaining covenant relationships between the health care providers, health care recipients, and the community.

Hope represents one of the greatest needs within the souls of this community. Hope is the most effective treatment the clinic can provide for those who are spiritually lost, emotionally wounded and battling physical illness. Individuals and families who are uninsured or those “working poor” families who are medically underserved will receive large doses of hope for body, mind, and spirit.

Family represents one of the most significant institutions created by God. The clinic will provide services to the entire family life. Services will address the age-specific needs of infants through senior adults.

Care represents excellence in both quality of services and skills of every provider and caregiver.

Center represents the coordination of services and programs that provide a comprehensive continuum including health care, low or no cost medication, community health education with screenings for primary disease prevention and early intervention, food pantry assistance, mental health and addictions counseling and spiritual care center.

I was hungry and you gave me food,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,
I was a stranger and you welcomed me,
I was naked and you gave me clothing,
I was sick and you took care of me…

Matthew 25: 35-36
