Hosting Your Event at CCC

We’re glad you’re considering hosting your event at CCC. Our facility is used by many ministries, groups, and community members, and we’re happy to help you explore options for your event.

Our desire is to use our facility to build the Kingdom of God and to be a good neighbor to our community. Every effort is made to accommodate community events and activities that contribute to the growth of our neighborhood and community. At the same time, all events must align with CCC’s Purpose and Mission Statement.

As you plan, please keep the following in mind:

Start with a Request

All events begin with a facility request form so our team can review space availability. Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance, or earlier when possible. Events in the Worship Center or Next Gen areas also require pastoral approval.

Reservations for CCC events can be made from the Reserve a Room page in the Church Center app. For funerals and memorial gatherings, please call the CCC Office at (317) 984-4653 to speak with a pastor about availability and arrangements. 

Scheduling Priority

 CCC ministry teams and members are given priority when scheduling use of the facility and grounds.

Deposits & Fees

 Most events require a deposit to reserve space. Facility use fees apply to private events hosted by non-members and outside organizations. Please see the fees-at-a-glance pages linked below for details.

Review Timeline

Requests are reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Response times may be slightly longer during holidays, busy church seasons, or when pastoral team review is needed.
