Hosting an Event at CCC
We’re glad you’re considering hosting your event at Cicero Christian Church. Our facility is used by many ministries, groups, and community members, and we’re happy to help you explore options for your event.
Cicero Christian Church (CCC) desires to use our facility to build the Kingdom of God and to be a good neighbor to our community. Every effort is made to accommodate community events and activities that contribute to the growth of our neighborhood and community. At the same time, all events must align with CCC’s Purpose and Mission Statement.
As you plan, please keep the following in mind:
- Start with a Request: All events begin with a facility request form so our team can review space availability. Events in the Worship Center or Next Gen areas also require pastoral team approval.
- Scheduling Priority: CCC ministry teams and members are given priority when scheduling use of the facility and grounds.
- Deposits & Fees: Most events require a deposit to reserve space. Facility use fees apply to private events hosted by non-members and outside organizations. Please see the CCC Facility Use Policy below for details.
- Complete the Form: Please select and complete the request form below that best fits the event you are planning.
- Review Timeline: Requests are reviewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Response times may be slightly longer during holidays, busy church seasons, or when pastoral team review is needed.
