Accountability

The Senior Pastor functions as an Elder and, like all other Elders and Staff, is accountable to the group of Elders who oversee the church. As is the case for all candidates for Eldership, in the first year the Senior Pastor serves as an Apprenticing Elder and, at the completion of one year, is affirmed by the group of Elders and fully assumes the role of Elder.

Expectations

  3.  Servant Leadership – leveraging your influence in God's Kingdom to serve others by taking time to discover and meet their needs.
  4.  Relational IQ – practicing healthy interpersonal communication and conflict management and loving others by seeking to understand and encourage.
