Wednesday Nights10 Week Study Begins January 6
Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman by Beth Moore looks at the Old Testament story of Esther as a profile in courage and contains many modern parallels for today's woman. Going up against heavyweights bent on her destruction, Esther trusted God and landed a blow that saved her people. Esther's destiny can be yours as you know more deeply the God who is in your corner.

Join Beth in an in-depth and very personal examination of this great story of threat and deliverance. She peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to our lives. If you've ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the study for you. Just as it was tough being a woman in Esther's day, it's tough today. This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried, and pressured lives.

This program was offered for three months in the spring of 2008. The menus are available if you want to do it on your own.
Those who sign up for a "Make & Take" Freezer Meal session will pick up a menu with prep instructions from the information desk in the foyer or print one off from our website.
Purchase your own meat per the menu suggestions and bring the meat and zip lock bags to the church on Sunday per the menu instructions.
After second service, the make and take stations will be setup until 2:30pm. You will rotate stations putting your six freezer meals together to take home. Everything other than the meat and the freezer container will be provided by the make & take team.
There will be a cost involved to participate and the cost will be determined in advance and may fluctuate depending on the meals made. Cost is $25 for the entrees you will prepare (excluding the meat you purchase yourself).
You may stay after church and make your meals, or go get a quick bite to eat and return by 1:00 to make your meals.
